  1. Eyezone pops!

Trahlyta is an eye catcher when next to yellows or light colors. It preforms well in full sun and clay soil. Does not fade in full sun and has a good amount of blooms each season. In my garden, this lily is not as tall as described, but no problem, just moved it closer to the front. 2 thumbs up from me.

  2. Just a beautiful Lily

I bought this lily several years ago when we lived in Kentucky. She did beautiful there. We moved back to Iowa and I dug up half of her and brought her and many more of my Oaks day lilies. She had done so well here also. In KY she was more of a gray purple but here she is a vibrant purple. She is one of my favorite

  3. Trahlyta

Trahlyta is such an unusually beautiful daylily; with a color that is just not so easy to describe – When planted in a shadier location the colors will be more of a mauve purple. In a sunnier location the colors will be more of a violet purple. But either way, Trahlyta will surprise and delight you.

This daylily has a beautiful face and is so vigorous in my yard. Beautiful with yellows and darker purples!

Received my plants at the end of April and they are already blooming. Early in the morning the lilies are tri-colored much like the picture and then as the hot Texas sun shines on them they turn to the darker purple by afternoon. I’m amazed at at how many blooms they are producing so soon after planting.

This is a truly gorgeous daylily. The colors are so unusual — very rich, and each individual flower is large! The thing that impresses me the most though, is that three or four large flowers will be open on each scape at a time — and each plant has several scapes going at a time. The effect is a mass of beautiful smokey lavender/purple color with pops of yellow. We grow many daylily varieties in our garden and virtually no others grab your attention like Trahlyta!

Second year in our garden and ‘Why did I wait so long?’. Such a gorgeous daylily and so prolific. We love this beauty.

The petals are like pearlized steel. “Stunning” is so true. Very different and worth the price as it’s in a league all it’s own. Looks lovely picked and laying on a table for continual up close looks all day.

I’ve had this in my garden for years, and this photo is more reddish-purple than the smoky-blue-gray edges that it actually has. Trahlyta is one of the most beautiful and unusual in my garden, and so much of a favorite it has front row placement so the colors can’t be missed. Outstanding.

This is another favorite of mine. The thing I like about it is that it is not one of your average daylilies. The bloom is quite different, and adds a contrast to your daylily bed. Also, it is quite prolific.

‘Trahlyta’ has been a consistently reliable bloomer for me. The soft purple-grey colour mixes well with other flowers (especially lavender and artemisia) and it also divides like mad. A must for those who love purple!
