I received this product too late in summer 2016 for bloom. Plant is very robust, this year it has lots of fans and flower spikes, The first bloom opened today 6/6/2017. The flower looks exactly as its picture and plant size is spot on, Was too early this morning to discern fragrance. If that is present, we will take the rating up a star! I live in Hartford KY, and this is the second of my daylilies to begin bloom – after Stella d’oro. This one is very pretty. Love all my Oakes Daylilies

Croswell, MI –
I received Spotted Fever in 2012. I had enough fans to plant in 3 different areas. They all bloomed and I was so happy . They were more tan than mauve, but maybe this summer they will be mature and have more pink color. Nice size blooms and they bloomed for about 2 weeks. I have been getting enough nerve to spend the money on just one daylily, but I am happy I did.

I live about 45 minutes from the Wisconsin border, and have to say I was a little leery about spending so much for a daylily. I purchased in March of 2009 and was a little disappointed as it only had one bloom. However, this year (2010), it’s fantastic. I even separated it last fall and put it around the garden to see where it would do best. It’s doing great everywhere. Today is June 28, I have two blooms in full sun with loads of buds and in the other areas of the garden that don’t get full sun, there are plants with loads of buds. Am extremely happy. It looks exactly like the photo, maybe even a little better.
