Love this daylily. If you want to extend your season, this is the one. Put out last year and the last blooms were August 15th. Color was so strong we commented almost every day once it started producing blooms.

Big and bold!! This is one I put front and center for all to admire. Some daylilies are best enjoyed up close but this one is one that passersby do not miss..One of my many favorites.

What is your hardiness zone? Zone 7
I received my order last week of several spider type day lilys. The Sizes were Huge! My Jersery Spider had 5 big fans and I planted it the next morning. Now 8 days from planting I was AMAZED this morning to see 2 flower scapes on my clump. The vigor of Oakes Day Lily plants is unbelievable! It has been in the high 90 degrees this pass week and All my Purchases are doing Very Well. I will be back for more plants! Highly Recommend to Everyone!

I give Jersey Spider a ten, even though I have to stake it. That’s because of the fantastic rebloom up until heavy frost. I have 6 clumps of it at the very back of a huge garden, and it still makes sure you know it’s there with its height and color.

This plant really does get tall! I was not paying attention when planting it and put it next to my walkway. I had to move it because it was leaning out over the walkway like it wanted to eat someone. The large blooms have such a nice bright color. Mine are a bit more orange than the photo – kind of a cheddar cheese color. A very reliable plant.

I just love this daylily! Jersey Spider is amazing in its “spideriness” as well be being a prolific bloomer (and rebloomer!), the golden orange color being even more intense than Sparkling Orange. Have had blooms that were 9 1/2 inches!
