Due to climate differences, we have designated shipping seasons for specific planting zones. Note that the shipping schedule for each zone(s) are tentative and may fluctuate slightly each year based on weather patterns.
Zones 9-10: Mid-late February through late October
Zone 8: Early-mid March through mid October
Zone 7: Mid-late March through early October
Zone 6: Early April through late September
Zone 5: Late April through mid September
Zones 2-4: Early May through mid September
Winter and Early Spring Orders:
Based on the shipping schedule above, we will ship your daylily plants at the appropriate time for spring planting in your area.
Late Spring and Summer Orders:
Once your shipping zone has "opened" in the spring months, we will ship your order as quickly as possible -- normally within one to two weeks.
PLEASE NOTE - We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible. But our daylily plants are growing in the ground, not sitting on a shelf. They must be dug, cleaned, and prepped for shipment. As a result, it takes some time to get them ready to ship.
Fall Orders:
We will ship your daylily plants as soon as possible until it is too late to plant in your area. If you place an order after the shipping window for your zone has closed, your order will ship the following spring.
If you need a specific delivery date outside the shipping schedule listed above, you can specify that date in the order notes at checkout. We will ship your plants as close to that requested date as possible, weather permitting.
