Susan Skelly –
Woodside Amethyst is such a pretty little purple daylily. I’ve had Woodside Amethyst growing in my garden for several years now, and while it is beautiful, and blooms consistently, it is also consistently short…not growing more than 20″ tall. This wouldn’t be a problem – except that (since it is registered as a 30″ tall daylily) when I planted it, I put it near the back of my garden with other 30″ daylilies. Every year since then I have said to myself “I need to dig this up and move it to the front of the garden!”. Maybe this will be the year that I actually do it…I know I would enjoy Woodside Amethyst a lot more if it was planted in a more visible spot. And then for sure I would give it a 5 out of 5 star rating.

Angier, NC –
Out of about 175 daylilies (90 different ones) this one is by itself on the wait and see list. Planted 2013. For me the blooms have had no “holding” power. In fact by lunch the blooms have withered. Very pretty when first opens though. We will see next year.

Camillus, NY –
Truly the best bloomer we’ve had yet. I couldn’t believe how many buds and scapes came up on this one! Super colorful and long-lasting, this is a keeper!
