Little Cadet is bright, cute, and cheerful. Small, but it stands out.

Little cadet is so cute but pay attention that it’s “so short” that if it wasn’t a bicolor it might fade into the background. As it is I didn’t see the strong yellow that’s shown in the photo but it’s still worth having if you don’t mind the size. (my fault for not paying attention to height) I gave it an 8 because of the lack of intense color.

Little Cadet was part of our early spring order and it grew well and bloomed beautifully. Apparently I try to collect every gold/red combination I find and, oftentimes order duplicates. That is what I did with this one and am not sorry. The small, brightly colored blooms are ‘just gorgeous’.

This was my first year with the Little Cadet. It’s absolutely beautiful and produces many small blooms even in the first year. Little to no maintenance makes this a great choice.
